One of the secrets of Cafe Sydney’s success has been the nurturing of strong working relationships with suppliers. With their help, the kitchen team serves up the flavours most associated with the harbour city: chilled crustaceans, oysters freshly shucked to order, grilled ocean fish and quality cuts of meat.

Café Sydney currently employ Bright graduates brother and sister Lawrence and Windy Gbusseh.
