Bright has built up a stable of hospitality employer placement partners that share our core values. Each of these partners is fully aligned with every aspect of our training program and criteria. They represent a wide range of catering and hospitality needs – from high pressure kitchens through to hotel restaurants and healthcare providers. Our aim is to connect with as diverse a range of employers as possible in order to provide the best possible chance of providing suitable employment for our students.
Each one of our graduates is assessed at the end of the course to determine their particular strengths, from knife skills through to English language and communication skills. They are then matched by our chefs with the most appropriate placement partner to offer work trials, with a view to employment if successful and a position exists at the time.
